SILVER BAY, MINN. (May 25, 2021) – The fourth annual Red River Modified Tour returns with a rebooted schedule, affordable grandstand tickets, no drivers fees, a massive purse payout, and the national stage for a Championship Clash at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track for the best dirt track racers in the State of Texas.The Red River Modified Tour, a wholly owned and promoted property of X.CELERATED of Silver Bay, MN, will follow a new route with contracted venues which starts in the south and moves north from August 12-18, 2021. The action kicks off at South Texas Speedway in Corpus Christi, Texas with practice on August 12 and racing on Friday, August 13. The tour moves to I-37 Speedway in Pleasanton, TX on Saturday, August 14. Sunday is used to travel north to the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track on August 15 featuring a FREE Practice and Pit Party. Racing picks back up on Monday, August 16 with the only regular season visit for the Texas Modifieds to the famed TMS on the Texas Monday Series card. The tour heads east to the Grayson County Speedway in Bells, TX on Tuesday, August 17 and wraps up at the ultra-wide 82 Speedway in Petty, TX on Wednesday, August 18.
The Top-20 in Red River Modified Tour points for each division will race for a massive points fund at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track on September 18, 2021 as part of the Texas Dirt Nationals. The Red River Modified Tour Championship Clash will be the final battle for these all-stars looking to snag $5000-to-WIN for the Texas Modifieds, $1500-to-WIN for the Southern Modifieds, and $1500-to-WIN for the Factory Stocks.
Each night of the Red River Mod Tour will pay $2500-to-WIN for the Texas Modifieds, $750-to-WIN for the Southern Modifieds, and $750-to-WIN for the Factory Stocks. The tour has no fees for the entire week. No entry, tour, draw, or license fees. Online tour entry is FREE. All drivers that pre-enter the Red River Modified Tour are eligible for a points provisional after Night two. All drivers must pre-enter to be eligible for the Red River Modified Tour Championship Clash at the Texas Motor Speedway Dirt Track on September 18, 2021.
The race fans also get a budget break with $10 General Admission Tickets at all tracks with Kids 12 & under, seniors 60+, and military all getting in for FREE.
The Red River Mod Tour utilizes a custom multi-sanction inclusive rules package which allows for increased participation and affordability to potential tour racers. All tour rules and procedures are available on the website.
