Please review the information below carefully before attempting to cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions purchased through third-party apps (Apple iOS, Android/Google Play, Roku, or Amazon Fire TV) MUST be canceled through the same platform used to purchase the subscription.
RACEXR cannot cancel, modify, or refund subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores. You are solely responsible for managing cancellations through those services.
If your subscription was purchased directly on the RACEXR website, follow these steps:
Sign in to your account at https://racexr.com
Click Dashboard in the upper-right corner
Select Billing
Under Active Plan, click Change Plan
Click Cancel Membership (lower-right corner)
Complete the cancellation process to avoid future charges
Failure to complete all steps may result in continued billing.
Subscriptions purchased through the Roku app must be canceled directly through Roku.

Subscriptions purchased through Amazon Fire TV or Fire Tablet must be canceled through Amazon.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store must be canceled through Apple.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play must be canceled through Google Play.
Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription.
To cancel:
Open the Google Play Store on your Android device
Confirm you are logged into the correct Google account
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Select the RACEXR subscription
Tap Cancel Subscription
Follow the on-screen instructions
If an app is removed from Google Play, future billing will stop automatically. Previous charges are not refundable.
