How to cancel your subscription

You can cancel anytime, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

If you subscribed on this website (billed by card):
Sign in, go to Billing (Profile menu › Billing), and click Cancel Subscription. That’s it — the page confirms the date your access runs through. There is no phone call and no form required.

If you subscribed through a TV or phone app store (Apple, Google Play, Roku, or Amazon Fire TV), you must cancel through that store — RACEXR cannot cancel, change, or refund an app-store subscription. Steps for each store are in the detailed question below.

Emailing us is NOT a cancellation. A message or support request does not cancel your subscription and does not stop billing. Renewals bill automatically on your renewal date. A message to support does not stop a renewal on its own, and renewal charges are non-refundable — refunds are made only in rare exceptions, not for a missed cancellation. If your renewal is coming up, the surest way to avoid a charge you don’t want is to cancel using the steps above — it takes a few seconds and you keep access until the period ends. Our team is glad to help when we can, but until a cancellation is confirmed, please assume your subscription is still active.

How do I access my account? +

Click Sign In at the top right. You have two ways in, shown as tabs: PASSWORD (enter your email and password) or EMAIL CODE (enter your email and we send a one-time sign-in code — no password needed). The email-code option is the fastest way in if you don’t remember a password.

How do I reset my password? +

On the Sign In page, use the Forgot password link, enter your account email, and we’ll send reset instructions. Follow the link in that email to choose a new password. Prefer to skip passwords entirely? Use the EMAIL CODE tab on the Sign In page to get a one-time code and sign in instantly.

How do I access the catalog? +

Once you’re signed in, use the top menu: Races for live events and replays, and XRTV for the 24/7 channel. Everything you have access to plays right in your browser.

Can I download videos to save them to my device? +

RACEXR is streaming only — videos can’t be downloaded or saved for offline viewing. You can watch anytime by signing in at racexr.com from any browser on your phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV.

Why am I experiencing buffering or playback issues? +

Buffering is usually your internet connection. We recommend at least 25 Mbps for smooth streaming. If a stream stalls, use the Retry button on the player, refresh the page, or try a different browser. On a live race that hasn’t started yet, the page shows a countdown and switches to the stream automatically at start time — no need to refresh.

Can I create multiple accounts with the same email address? +

No, each email address can only be associated with one account. If you believe you already have an account and can’t remember the login details, please use the Forgot Password link.

How do I pause or cancel my recurring subscription? +

IMPORTANT NOTICE — APP STORE PURCHASES: Subscriptions purchased through third-party apps (Apple iOS, Android/Google Play, Roku, or Amazon Fire TV) MUST be canceled through the same platform used to purchase the subscription. RACEXR cannot cancel, modify, or refund subscriptions purchased through third-party app stores.

Website subscription (billed by card): Sign in, open the Profile menu in the upper-right corner and choose Billing (or go straight to racexr.com/billing), then click Cancel Subscription. You’ll keep access until the renewal date shown, and the page confirms it. Changed your mind? The same page has a Keep My Subscription button until the period ends.

Heads up on renewals: billing is automatic on the renewal date, and renewal charges are non-refundable — refunds are made only in rare exceptions, not for a missed cancellation. Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the charge.

Roku: Cancel directly through Roku. Roku Support

Amazon Fire TV: Cancel through Amazon. Amazon Support

Apple iOS: Cancel through Apple. Apple Support

Android / Google Play: Cancel through Google Play. Uninstalling the app does NOT cancel your subscription. Open the Google Play Store, go to Menu → Subscriptions, select the RACEXR subscription, tap Cancel Subscription, and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I change my membership plan or update my billing information? +

Sign in and go to Billing (Profile menu › Billing). There you can update your card, view and download invoices, and cancel. To move to a different plan, cancel your current one (you keep access until it ends) and subscribe to the plan you want, or contact us and we’ll help. App-store subscriptions are changed in that store, not here.

Why is my credit card being declined? +

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know the purchase is valid. Certain cards do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and may be denied.

What Apps does RACEXR have? +

New RACEXR apps for Roku, Fire TV, Android, Apple iOS, and Apple TV are being rebuilt and are not available to download right now. The old store versions have been retired.

You don’t need an app to watch — every race streams at racexr.com in any browser on your phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV, using the same account.
